The ESG compliance tool built for small manufacturers who don't have a sustainability team.
A customer sent you a sustainability questionnaire and you filled it out in a spreadsheet, guessing at half the numbers. You weren't sure what "Scope 2 emissions" meant — but you weren't about to admit that to your biggest account.
You looked into hiring a sustainability consultant. They quoted you $9,000. For a report. For a 30-person facility. You closed the email and moved on with your day.
Every ESG tool you found was built for companies ten times your size — with dashboards you'd never use, pricing that assumed you had a sustainability department, and jargon that made your head spin.
Three steps. Under an hour. No sustainability degree required.
Tell us about your facility's energy use, fuel consumption, and operations. No jargon. No sustainability degree required. If you can read a utility bill, you can do this.
GreenDsk automatically calculates your emissions and maps them to the compliance frameworks your customers require — GRI, GHG Protocol, and CSRD.
Get a clean, professional ESG compliance report in under an hour. Ready to send to any customer, lender, or investor who asks. PDF format. Looks like you hired a consultant.
No enterprise contracts. No hidden fees. Cancel anytime.
Just need a document for one customer? Start with Report. Need to stay continuously compliant? Track + Report has you covered.
We wrote a plain-English guide specifically for small manufacturers. No jargon, no consultancy-speak — just a clear explanation of what you'll be asked, why, and what to do about it.
GreenDsk is purpose-built for small manufacturing operations — not retrofitted enterprise software with a cheaper price tag.
Every question, every calculation, and every output is designed for facilities with 5 to 50 employees. No bloat. No features you'll never use.
You won't need a sustainability team to complete your profile. Just your utility bills, fuel receipts, and basic employee data. That's it.
Your report is aligned with GRI and the GHG Protocol — the exact frameworks enterprise procurement teams require from their suppliers.

Here's exactly how GreenDsk works for a small manufacturing facility.
Answer 7 quick questions about your facility — what you manufacture, how many employees you have, and what kind of energy you use. In about 2 minutes, you'll get a personalised ESG readiness score that tells you exactly where you stand and what your biggest compliance gaps are. No email required to start.
Choose your plan — Report at $299/year if you just need an annual document, or Track + Report at $99/month if you need ongoing compliance monitoring. No credit card required to start exploring. Your account is set up in under a minute.
Answer 20 plain-English questions about your energy use, fuel consumption, waste, and basic operations. No sustainability jargon. No confusing acronyms. Most manufacturers complete this in 45–60 minutes using their utility bills and fuel receipts. GreenDsk guides you through every question and explains exactly what data to enter.
GreenDsk automatically calculates your Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions using the GHG Protocol methodology — the global standard that your customers require. We convert your real-world data (kilowatt hours, litres of fuel, kilometres driven) into the emissions figures that procurement teams need to see.
A clean, professional, GRI-aligned ESG compliance document — ready to download as a PDF and send to any customer, lender, or investor who asks. It looks like you hired a consultant. Except you didn't spend $9,000. And it took you under an hour, not three months.
Three types of data. That's all GreenDsk needs to generate your report.
12 months of electricity and gas bills. You probably get these emailed to you already. Just look up your annual usage figures.
Receipts or records for company vehicles and equipment fuel. Diesel, petrol, LPG — whatever your facility uses. An annual estimate works fine.
Your headcount and basic safety record. How many people work at your facility? Any workplace incidents in the past 12 months? Simple stuff.

We built GreenDsk because small manufacturers kept asking for something that didn’t exist. A plain-English ESG compliance tool built for facilities under 50 employees — not corporate sustainability departments.
Because a 30-person facility that makes precision parts shouldn't have to choose between losing a customer and spending $9,000 on a sustainability report.

I'm an entrepreneur, software developer, and small business champion.
For years, I've worked with small business owners to build the kinds of tools the big software companies never bother making — custom dashboards, lean SaaS products, backoffice systems that actually fit the way a small operation runs. Simple, complete, intuitive. The kind of tool you use every day without thinking about it.
Over time, more and more of my work started coming from manufacturers and suppliers. Operations managers who needed reporting tools that were powerful without being complicated. Business owners who were drowning in manual processes and just needed something that worked.
Then I started hearing a different kind of request.
The first time someone asked me about ESG reporting, I dug into it and found a market full of $50,000-a-year enterprise platforms and $9,000 consulting engagements — all built for companies with dedicated sustainability teams. Nothing for a 20-person fabrication shop or a family-run food producer.
The second time, I started taking notes.
By the third time, it was obvious. This isn’t something that’s going to be needed in five years when the big software companies decide small manufacturers are worth serving. It’s needed right now, today, by real businesses getting real questionnaires from real customers.
So I built GreenDsk.
The whole idea was to make it something you don’t have to think about. Not a platform you need to learn, or a consultant you need to brief, or a spreadsheet you need to maintain. Just a straightforward tool that takes the data you already have, calculates what needs to be calculated, and gives you a report your customers will actually accept.
Still championing the small business owner. Still building tools that make running a business a little easier.
ESG compliance shouldn’t require a consultant, a sustainability degree, or a six-figure software contract.
It should take less than an hour. It should cost less than a night out. And it should produce something your customers actually accept.
That’s the standard we hold GreenDsk to. Every feature, every question, every piece of output is designed with one type of business in mind: a manufacturer under 50 employees who has more important things to think about than sustainability frameworks.
If you need a glossary to understand our product, we've failed. Every question, every output, and every piece of support is written for someone with no ESG background.
A 20-person manufacturing facility shouldn't have to choose between ESG compliance and their software budget. GreenDsk is priced for the businesses that actually need it.
The best compliance tool is one that quietly does its job. GreenDsk is built to be used once a year, or every month, without training, without friction, and without fuss.
